Qualitative, quantitative, Hybrid studies
We conduct various types of qualitative research such as focus group discussions, in-depth interviews, paired interviews, accompanied shopper studies, in-home visits, and observations. We conduct all types of quantitative research including usage and attitude surveys, brand health, customer satisfaction, concept test, product test, name and label test, pack test, copy test, advert test, trade relationship studies, retail execution measures, social and M&E studies, opinion polls, and other bespoke research. We specialize in conducting Delphi methodology and expert panel studies. Where required we adopt a hybrid or a multiple approach of different methodologies.
Digital data collection and online studies
All quantitative research is conducted using hand held devices for recording responses and then sending data to cloud server. Using cloud servers allow us to track and monitor the status of data collection live. These could be face-to-face, telephone or online interviews. For qualitative studies, we use online methods so that clients located locally or anywhere in the world can witness the proceedings live without having to travel.

Although our main focus is Nigeria and rest of West Africa such as Ghana, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Benin, Niger, Togo, Senegal, and other countries; we also cover East African countries such as Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Southern Africa through our associates based there.
